Yea so you walk in the place, expecting to see a Hobby Shop , that's well maintained. Clean shelf's and well organised. Well maybe you should have turned around and went back out So what brought you to Trains&Lanes in the first place? It had to be word of mouth,because they don't advertise. and when a business is that good , they don't have too. And if you go in there with a bad attitude , weather you bought it there or not, maybe first try reading the directions and if that don't work for you try calling the manufacture, most of the good ones have a toll free phone number for their Tech Support or a email. And if that does not pan out their is always. RC Universe and RC Groups to lend a helping hand. For crying out loud chill out Man, It's only a Hobby.
