Whether your child needs a checkup, vaccination or care for a chronic illness, our pediatricians are here to help you raise a healthy child. At LVPG Pediatrics–Madison Farms, we offer: -Same-day sick appointments -Complete school and sports physicals, along with daycare and driver’s permit physicals -Team care, which means your child will see your preferred doctor and his or her care team whenever possible Evening, weekend and holiday pediatric care If your child is sick at a time we are closed, here are some locations for care: -Children’s ExpressCARE, located at the Health Centers at Macungie and Palmer Township, accepts walk-in patients from birth through their high school graduation. -LVPG Pediatrics–Fogelsville offers appointments for sick children on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays between 8 a.m.-noon.
